Returns and Refunds

Thank you for purchasing products at the Intuit Store and through our e-commerce site. We appreciate your supporting Intuit’s mission of celebrating the power of outsider art. In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. The product must be in the same condition that you received it.

After we receive your item, our team of museum store professionals will inspect it and process your refund. You will be contacted via email regarding your return status.

The money will be refunded to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for your credit card statement to reflect the refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping labels are unavailable at this time. You have the option of either bringing your item in during museum hours or mailing it back to the attention of the Intuit Store.

If the product is damaged in any way, or if you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will be ineligible for a refund.
